The name of our organization, Akriti, is derived from the Devanagari word "Akriti," which means "giving shape." This concept beautifully reflects our tagline, "Shaping the Dream." Our logo, which features a pen, symbolizes the essential tools necessary to shape and create dreams for individuals who lack the means to fulfill them. We recognize that many in our grassroots communities have been overlooked and deprived of their aspirations. Objective of the Society

The primary goal of the society to promote the welfare and upliftment of the underprivileged, deprived, Schedule cast (SC), Schedule tribe (ST), handicapped and sick within the community. This includes, but is not limited to, the following objectives

Cause
Development Programs

Undertake and support development initiatives for the needy, SC, ST and underprivileged regardless of gender, either independently or in collaboration with other organizations.

Progressive Development

To promote the physical, social, mental and economic wellbeing of the SC, ST, underprivileged etc. Empowering them to improve their quality of life.

Resource mobilization

To mobilize resources from various agencies, combined effort and foster cooperation to advance the development of the SC, ST and handicapped and underprivileged through social action.

Family welfare and Health programmes

To initiate and support family welfare, health and community development programmes focusing on marginalized group.

Nutrition programmes

Administer programmes focused on improving nutrition for children and adults as well in economically underprivileged community including SC, ST.

Agricultural support

Disseminate knowledge on agricultural practices and promote organic food production with special focus on the marginalized group and SC, ST.

Resettlement and Rehabilitation

Assist in the resettlement and rehabilitation of the needy, including SC, ST and underprivileged individuals ensuring their integration into mainstream society.

Emergency relief

Undertake emergency relief efforts for victims of natural calamities and other disaster with priority given to the SC, ST and underprivileged.

Health care services

Establish, support and maintaining free health care facilities such as dispensaries, mobile clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and other institution that provide accessible treatment for all focusing on the marginalized strata of the society.

Educational Initiatives

Establish and manage schools, colleges, educational centres, vocational training institutes and other educational facilities that provide holistic and inclusive education to the society focusing on SC, ST and underprivileged section of the society regardless of gender discrimination.

Infrastructure Development

Acquire land and construct buildings, dharmshalas, old age homes, ashrams, hospitals, dispensaries and other infrastructure to serve the SC, ST, underprivileged and neglected section of the society ensuring equitable access to these resources.
