Holistic Educational Programme

AKRITI has adopted low-income Schools in Burari and Siwai Region to implement holistic and innovative educational programmes for marginalized and underprivileged students in Delhi – NCR and Bihar. The schools adopted under this initiative includes First Mark Public School (Burari) and Dewanti First Mark Public School. AKRITI has been providing in kind support to these schools which is positively impacting the quality of education provided through use of effective teaching aid and learning material. Additionally, from time-to-time AKRITI has also supported these schools in enhancing their Educational Infrastructure and Staff Capacities. Health and Nutritional facilities are provided through innovative collaboration and volunteer led efforts.

The services extended by AKRITI to these schools includes the following

• Conducting Capacity Building Programmes for Teachers and Staff
• Providing Free of Cost Learning Materials and School Supplies for students
• Conducting Health and wellness sessions
• Organizing Health Camps for both students and teachers
• Distribution of Health Kits, Sanitary Pads to school students
• Facilitating Exposure Visits and other learning opportunities for students
